Shipping Policy
Here at Fully Focused we’re proud to provide community members with top-notch service. Our clients love working with us, We strive to be a stress free process. Therefor many of our members returning as repeat customers.
That being said there can be some unforeseen events such as a lost package or no arrival.
In this case our team will inspect the shipment progress and determine if it was on our fault or the carriers fault and in most cases send out a replacement.
Replacement will NOT be sent if package states 'Delivered'.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
However if product was mispackaged/mislabeled or damage in some cases a replacement will be issued to ensure the customer is happy and no mistakes were made on our end
